English muffin pizza is easy to make with ingredients lying around your kitchen, oh, and it is delicious!
First toast the english muffins in a toaster until slightly crunchy but not all the way toasted. Then load on your toppings!
Ingredients:
English muffins cut into halves
Pizza sauce (I use Prego spaghetti sauce)
Shredded cheese
Olives
Cherry tomatoes
(substitute toppings for any pizza topping you prefer)
Sprinkle oregano on top
Bake at 425 until desired crispy-ness is achieved. I often will turn the oven to broil for the last minute or two to make the cheese have those nice bubbly brown spots!
